Andrew Tate Speaks the Truth on Covid Hypocrisy
26 Aug 2022
BUCK: We were just talking about “The Fauch” and covid. Did you see this? Just as way of little backstory here, I had been thinking that we should have Andrew Tate on the show in recent weeks, and we hadn’t been able to. We wanted to get him. We just weren’t able to track him down, and we didn’t really assign the team to do the full chase-down. He was on… Now, he says some controversial stuff, but I think controversial is often interesting, but not everything that he says is something I or Clay would agree with. But a lot of it is actually quite sound, and what he said on covid, I thought, was really good. Did you see this last night on Tucker’s show?
CLAY: Yeah, I know he was on, but I haven’t heard it specifically.
BUCK: So here he is talking about the two-tiered system. This is on Tucker’s show last night, Andrew Tate. And if he’s listening or one of his friends is listening and get us in touch with him. We’d gladly have him on the show because he has been effectively canceled from the internet, like just… They gave him the full Alex Jones treatment in terms of he’s off YouTube, his payment process, everything. Everything. But he saw covid for what it is.
BUCK: It’s totally true. And it’s also a reminder that there were people who were so power hungry and, honestly, so stupid that they were yelling at people to pull their masks up above their nose on the plane. There were airline employees. I was… I was, uh, you know…
CLAY: Reprimanded.
BUCK: Thank you. That’s the word I’m looking for. He was reprimanded numerous times for mask beneath the nose while on a plane. The people who did that — a guy one time and a woman one time — they should be embarrassed at how stupid they are. And I will not back down from that. What they did was appalling.
CLAY: And there remains, as we finish off tweak, I just want everybody to think about this, an extreme classist divide, even today in terms of who’s wearing masks. You watch the Nancy Pelosi, high-level charity events, the high-level fundraising events that Democrats put on; overwhelmingly, the wait staff is still wearing masks. And to his point, if you’re rich enough to have a private plane, you don’t have to worry about wearing a mask while you flew. That was for the peons. That was for the people down below.
BUCK: Gavin Newsom signed a restaurant closure order and went to the fanciest restaurant in California the next day —
CLAY: Yes.
BUCK: — with 12 people and then tried to be like, “Oh, it was partially inside, like, partially outside.” I don’t think so.
CLAY: Remember Justin Trudeau flew to Costa Rica with his family without wearing a mask while everybody in Canada still has to wear masks. I mean, it’s just crazy.
BUCK: If you had to pick Trudeau or Gavin Newsom in a long car ride for six hours?
CLAY: Gavin Newsom, ’cause I think he’s more of a fraud. Probably be more fun.
