The Subway Is Something Out of Escape from New York
1 Sep 2022
Folks, after Rudy Giuliani, New York City turned into the safest big city in America — and Michael Bloomberg, back when he was a Republican, won the race to continue that legacy after 9/11 and carried on through three terms. Now, the city has turned the clock back, not just to the bad old days of the ’70s and ’80s, but the kind of dystopia you only see in films.
Buck attended the U.S. Open last night with his mom and had a great time. A lot of Serena Williams applause and stuff ’cause she won her second round.
Buck also saw a little bit of Daniil Medvedev, who is Russian and was allowed to play in the U.S., which is a good thing ’cause we shouldn’t ban all ethnic Russians from life all over the world because of what their government is doing, right?
But, as a lifelong subway rider and resident of Manhattan, Buck was struck by the sights, sounds and smells. There’s just urination everywhere. It really smells like a toilet, and there are clearly visibly insane people all over the place.
Supposedly Tough Guy Mayor Admits He’s Afraid To Take Subway
“I’m not optimistic but it’s not hopeless the crime situation in NYC will turn around.” – @BuckSexton #CrimeWave #SubwayCrimehttps://t.co/Qz7ZaWFexA pic.twitter.com/dJAJnvDZAs— The Clay Travis & Buck Sexton Show (@clayandbuck) January 20, 2022
It’s worse than he has ever seen it before, as a guy who started riding the subway alone as soon as he could walk. This is happening in many cities — San Francisco, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Chicago — because of what Democrats have decided to do and how they are an their cities.
Instead of addressing that and changing their ways, they’re just gonna run around calling you semifascists, which really they just mean fascists.
