Joe Biden went to the capital of Ukraine for a photo op, standing beside the nation’s president as our weapons are killing Russians. That wasn’t enough to make Joe seem tough, though. After silence in the skies and on the ground in Ukraine, here came an air raid siren right on cue to add a little color.

Serious question: If air raid sirens are going off as Biden and Zelensky take a stroll in Kiev and nobody is running for shelter, what are we to make of the sirens?!
