Delusional Nancy Says She Has No Intention of Losing the House

BUCK: Nancy telling you all, no intention of losing the House.

BUCK: She says the Democrats are going to put up quite a fight. We’ll see about that one. That will be quite a remarkable situation. I get it. She’s a coach going into the game — the big game — with a team that isn’t going to get it done. But what are you going to say, “You guys are going to go out there and get your butt kicked”? So she’s gonna do the best she can. By the way, her husband, Paul Pelosi, who recently was arrested for DUI, the DA is not releasing the video, the bodycam video, of that arrest. Did you see that, Clay?
CLAY: I saw the headlines, yeah.
BUCK: It looks like they’re already making that whole thing go away. Good to be a Pelosi. At least in Napa Valley, it’s good to be a Pelosi, that’s for sure.
CLAY: I do think it’s a good question. We’ve been talking about this. I was reading this morning. There are some whispers — and this would truly be shocking — that some districts, that were won in the ten- to 15-point range by Joe Biden are maybe in play, right? You were talking earlier about sort of the transformative, and I said, “Oh, there’s 53 — according to the Cook Political Report — seats that are kind of in the mix in the House.” If the ten to 15 range were to exist — and let’s be fair. That’s what happened in Virginia, basically. Right?
BUCK: Yes.
CLAY: Virginia was a state won by substantial — and almost happened in New Jersey, which I think Biden won by 15-plus points. It almost flipped for Republicans. Murphy almost lost there.
BUCK: We could see some very surprising from the general election.
CLAY: Like disbelief-level beatings.
BUCK: Yes.
