Do You Believe Them? SCOTUS Claims They Can’t Find Dobbs Leaker

In a historically unprecedented betrayal of trust, someone leaked an advance decision in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization of 2021. Despite the damage that did to the Supreme Court — not to mention violations of the law — we’re to believe that nobody can figure out who handed over this secret information to Politico.

Remember, this betrayal led to an assassination attempt on the life of Justice Kavanaugh.
