Buck and Clay tried to make sense of all of the craziness related to Governor Cuomo’s exposure as a sexual predator, and tried to peer into his future. Buck stood by his belief that Cuomo wouldn’t resign, while Clay wondered if he might not seek a way to make the ultimate political comeback, trading stepping down for future political consideration.
Commisso told CBS This Morning correspondent Jericka Duncan that Cuomo must be held accountable and should resign. Commisso said, “I also think that he needs to seek counseling. I do think that he needs professional help,” adding, “He has many things that he needs to work through.” This is an escalation in the criminality Cuomo is accused of, all after marketing himself as a left-wing darling to “Cuomosexuals” while promoting the #MeToo movement.
Buck predicts that Cuomo will go down fighting, saying, “He is a cornered honey badger, and you know honey badger doesn’t give a you-know-what.” Will Cuomo resign or be the first Empire State governor impeached since 1912? Might he try the Anthony Weiner road to redemption? The story continnes, and we’re on top of it at the EIB Network.
