Hurricane Ian now presents a risk to South Carolina as the substantial relief effort is underway in Florida.

Governor DeSantis is calling this a 500-year storm, which brings to mind Nashville’s 500-year flood some years back. This is gonna require a substantial rebuild of homes, of bridges, of roadways.

The governor and his team are doing a fantastic job as they scramble to restore power, but by Monday, we’ll be stunned if there aren’t people coming after Ron DeSantis and politicizing the hurricane.
