A front-page article in the New York Times talks about a massive issue that is facing our country right now, not only the crime wave — with the murder rate up 30% last year, and up an additional 24% this year. But all over the country wherever you’re listening to us, crime is skyrocketing and police are so disrespected now because of the defund the police movement that they are bailing in a massive way.
According to this from the New York Times article, law enforcements retirements were up 45% in the past year and resignations rose by 18%. In New York City, 2,600 officers retired in 2020 compared with only 1,500 the year before. This is happening across America because of the Democrat war on police.
As Buck pointedly put it: “In military terms, this starts to create what you would call a unit that would be combat ineffective.”
