BUCK: We’ve got approval for it so we’re gonna be doing Animal Thunderdome, which will be a lot of fun. You know, you see that local news story about a guy whose five-foot-long iguana gets loose and attacks the mailman’s ankle or something. We’re gonna be talking about it on Animal Thunderdome. Getting bitten by an iguana, by the way, seems somehow worse than being bitten by a dog, even though I guess they both hurt.
CLAY: Did you see the woman get attacked by the fox? You’ve been talking about how friendly foxes are.
BUCK: Clay —
CLAY: It was a rabid fox.
BUCK: The fox was rabid.
CLAY: Yes. True.
BUCK: Any animal that becomes rabid can become aggressive. My dream of owning a fox as a pet is not yet done because of the rabid fox.
CLAY: Has Carrie heard about the dream of the fox pet?
BUCK: I’m working on it with her. I’m working on her.
CLAY: You’re engaged. It’s not just something you could take up on your own. You gotta talk through it with the fiancee, with the soon-to-be-wife.
BUCK: I think she would describe my desire to have a pet fox as amusing but weird. And, you know, like, some guys are really into playing Final Fantasy on PlayStation or whatever. Other guys want a pet fox. I don’t know what to tell you. It’s stuff that happens out there. So —
CLAY: I’m just saying rabid fox attacked that woman, grandma has a good right leg, otherwise she might be dead. I don’t think it would have killed her, but she did really punch —
BUCK: There’s video of her fighting it off, and that thing is a mean little thing.
CLAY: Vicious. There’s no other way to describe it.
