BUCK: This affidavit of the Mar-a-Lago raid, there was some additional news today. Here’s News Nation’s Tom Dempsey talking about how Judge Reinhart — right, isn’t that his name? — has rejected the DOJ argument to keep the affidavit sealed in its entirety. Listen to this.
BUCK: Okay. So, by Thursday it’ll be out. Clay, a prediction. I’ll put a marker here. One is, we all know there’s gonna be a ton of stuff that is redacted. So blacked-out lines all over the place. But also you’re gonna start to hear a lot of people who were saying, “This has gotta be about a lot more than a classified document dispute,” the Democrat media apparatus is gonna switch to, “Wow. Documents are really… This is really important stuff.” This is big crimes we’re talking about here with the documents that Trump had, as though we don’t remember what they said a week ago.
CLAY: I think the story is going to rapidly disappear.
BUCK: Yep.
CLAY: We said last week, the Cassidy Hutchinson testimony, grabbing the wheel, choking out Secret Service agents, varnished after about six weeks or so. This story, I think, has about one or more week or so in the life cycle and then even left wingers are gonna start to recognize, “Uh-oh. There may not be much to this at all. We may have overplayed our hand all over again.” Yes, you are Charlie Brown, and Lucy is moving the football.
