Protesting Fan Files Police Report Against Rams LB
6 Oct 2022
A fan ran on the field during the Rams-Niners game on Monday night, as you can read here on OutKick, and was promptly flattened by Rams LB Bobby Wagner. The TV networks rarely show these incidents because they don’t want to encourage the behavior, but in the social media age, video always gets out.

Now, the protestor has filed a police report against Wagner alleging assault.
These incidents happen often and most of the time they’re harmless or amusing. The legendary Morganna the Kissing Bandit comes to mind.
But they can be dangerous and scary. Tennis star Monica Seles was stabbed by a deranged fan.
Clay puts on his lawyer hat to analyze this interesting question. Click the white audio play button atop this page to hear Buck ask for his legal guidance on this pressing matter. Does the intruder have a legal leg to stand on? Or did Bobby Wagner of the losing Rams feel threatened?
