But when it comes to their neighborhoods, it’s “Not in my backyard! Get out! Go back where you came from!”
The reality is so clear, the White House spokeswoman can’t find anything in her binder to explain it away for people.
They’re in a tough spot and the facts are not on their side, but when has that ever stopped them before?
Nor do they care that 700 people have died at the border this year ’cause they believed Biden has rolled out the welcome mat.
Governor Abbott of Texas is also holding these so-called sanctuary cities responsible.
DeSantis, meanwhile, is taking on Biden directly, and compassionately telling people from foreign nations coming here illegally that Florida isn’t going to be taking care of them, but will help them get to blue states that can.
Sure, it’s all easy to back open borders when you’re sipping your Pimm’s Cup and nibbling on crudité on the croquet course, but faced with the reality, and suddenly leftists start doing all the things they claim are racist and cruel.
