The leak of the Dobbs Supreme Court opinion was a huge break in Supreme Court protocol, violating the secrecy of the court.
Not only do we still not know who leaked it, nobody in the media seems curious.
There aren’t that many suspects in this one, and Justice Neil Gorsuch said he hopes the Supreme Court committee report on this will be coming out soon, but I don’t think they’re going to name the leaker.
Even if they do, whoever leaked it will become a multimillionaire with a book deal and MSNBC gig.
If leftists didn’t care about illegal protests outside the homes of justices, or when an actual assassin was caught, they’re not going to care about the laws and traditions that ensure the highest court in the land can do its job
